How does mobile dog grooming work?
We bring a fully equipped mobile grooming salon to your driveway. Your dog gets one-on-one attention in a calm, familiar setting — no stressful car rides, no crowded waiting rooms, and no kennel time before or after.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Most clients prefer to be home so we can do a quick meet-and-greet and confirm the groom plan. If you can't be home, let us know in advance and we'll work out the details.
Do you need access to water or electricity?
Our van is self-contained with its own water and power, so you don't need to provide hookups. We just need a safe place to park near your home.
What areas do you serve?
We serve a mobile route in the local region. Because availability can vary by distance and route, the best way to confirm is to send a booking request with your address.
How long does grooming take?
A typical full groom takes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on size, coat condition, and temperament. We work at your dog's pace, not on a rushed schedule.
What types of dogs do you groom?
We groom most breeds and sizes. Please let us know about your dog's size, coat, age, and temperament when you request an appointment so we can give you the best quote and plan.
What if my dog is nervous?
Many dogs actually prefer mobile grooming because they stay in their own environment with one calm, dedicated groomer. We take breaks when needed and never force a dog through a stressful situation.
What if my dog is matted?
We always assess matting before we start and give you an honest, humane plan. Severe matting may require a shorter cut for your dog's comfort and safety — we'll talk it through with you first.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4 to 8 weeks depending on breed and coat. We're happy to recommend a schedule based on what we see at your first appointment.
